A relatively young city home to over 31,000 residents, University Place has been shaped for its idyllic community, where residents live, work, and play. Its western shore lies along the Puget Sound, presenting waterfront opportunities for those who seek a piece of saltwater shoreline to call their own. At 250 acres, it’s the centerpiece of Chambers Bay Park. For Pierce County residents, a discounted rate to play is offered. But get ready to carry your bag (or hire a caddy) this is course is for walkers-only, with only a few exceptions.
