Graham

Like much of the Puget Sound region, Graham has seen huge growth over the past 20 years. Between 2000 and 2010, the population more than doubled, from just under 9,000 to more than 23,000. In 2021, the estimated population is 29,000. Residents enjoy a setting that allows them to easily pivot to adventures in the Cascade Mountains or commute to Lakewood, Tacoma, or other city and business centers for work. Despite the population spike, the community remains largely rural, with a distinctive natural environment preserved with open-space greenbelts, lakes, streams, wetlands, and agricultural areas. A community that appreciates its history, Graham prides itself on safe and peaceful neighborhoods, smalltown friendliness, affordability, and an abundance of natural beautify highlighted by the splendor of Mount Rainier.
